Roboticsconnected in Albuquerque, NM seeks an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to maintain and enhance the DBT infrastructure that underpins business operations. You will unify communications, messaging, and identity to deliver a seamless user experience, and you may support the Service Desk as an escalation point following ITIL practices.

Competenze
- 7-10 years of experience with Windows and Linux-based OS configuration, automation, and management.
- 5-7 years of experience with automation scripting including PowerShell and other configuration as code tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Management or related field or equivalent experience.
- ITIL V4+ Foundation knowledge and operations.
Mansioni
- Provide high quality, responsive and consistent resolutions to IT incidents.
- Server administration Windows and Linux deployment.
- Managing the Infrastructure incident support queues activities on a day to day basis.
- On-premises infrastructure: Active Directory, DNS, VMWare, firewalls, routing.
- Identity and user management solutions provided by Azure or 3rd party.
