Job summary

Manifest is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to own the design, development, and operation of its infrastructure and build/release pipelines. You will extend processes to ensure fast, secure, and scalable deployments, deploying IaC and automation to support platform and customer needs.

You will operate cloud-based CI/CD pipelines with a DevSecOps mindset, automate deployments using container tech, and help drive roadmap direction by dogfooding Manifest's products.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying IaC and automation to support platforms and customers.
• Experience operating cloud-based CI/CD pipelines with a DevSecOps mindset.
• Experience automating deployments using container technology in cloud environments.
• Experience building tools and packaging for varied runtime environments (cloud, on-prem, air-gapped).
• Experience integrating DevSecOps tools into automated pipelines across the SDLC.
• Experience deploying and operating Kubernetes in cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, development, implementation, and ongoing operation of infrastructure and build/release pipelines.
• Extend and improve processes to ensure pipelines are fast, secure, performant, and scalable.
• Deploy IaC and automation to support platform and customer requirements.
• Operate cloud-based CI/CD pipelines with a shift-left DevSecOps approach.
• Automate deployment using Kubernetes, GitHub, and other CI/CD tools.
• Build tools and packaging to support multi-environment deployment (AWS, Azure/GCP, on-prem, air-gapped, FedRAMP).
• Integrate DevSecOps services into pipelines across the SDLC and security tooling.
• Improve observability across MELT and set up alerts and dashboards.
• Expose public endpoints securely using load balancers and CDNs.
