Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or 5+ years of relevant IT engineering and systems administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, administer, and maintain IT infrastructure across networks, servers, storage, virtualization, cloud, and datacenter environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, application, hardware, software, and connectivity issues with minimal business disruption.
• Administer VMware vCenter, Windows Server, Linux environments, load balancing, firewalls, VPNs, DNS, and Layer 2/Layer 3 network configurations.
• Manage hosted datacenter environments with external infrastructure providers to ensure reliable operations and SLAs.
• Patch, backup, monitor, alert, and deploy SSL certificates across infrastructure and network environments.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years IT engineering experience
