The Senior Network Engineer will provide technical guidance, troubleshoot advanced network performance issues, and ensure secure and scalable connectivity across LAN, MAN, and WAN systems. This position involves project-level planning, vendor coordination, and system-level design, supporting mission-critical operations. Accountabilities

• Provide technical guidance for monitoring and managing information systems and network operations
• Design, implement, and maintain LAN, MAN, and WAN systems to ensure optimal performance
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, including performance degradation and outages
• Conduct capacity planning and network traffic analysis to optimize infrastructure
• Manage procurement, installation, and configuration of network communications systems
• Oversee system‑level design, including hardware, operating systems, and platform specifications
• Lead large‑scale projects, vendor comparisons, and cost analyses
• Perform quality assurance on new and existing software products and network systems
• Support policy‑level discussions, supervising complex operations involving multiple IT functions

Requirements
