Qualifications

• Familiarity with ITIL processes and security monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls) in a regulated environment.
• Respond to and resolve network incidents, outages, and service degradation.
• Execute change management activities and perform lifecycle refresh tasks.
• Identify and remediate network vulnerabilities in alignment with standards.
• Support firewall configuration and maintenance (Cisco ASA, FTD, FortiGate) and ensure audit readiness.
