Job summary

Continental Finance Company, a growing financial technology company specializing in credit card options for consumers with less than perfect credit, is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our Technology team. You will help support, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance our infrastructure across Windows, AWS cloud, networking, and enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in IT, relevant certifications (CompTIA, Cisco, AWS, or Microsoft), and strong

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Information Technology Industry.
• Certifications from leading vendors such as CompTIA, Cisco, AWS, or Microsoft are preferred.
• Knowledge of AWS networking components (VPC Peers, AWS Direct Connect, ELB and API Gateways), including TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, ARP tables, and subnets.
• Ability to lead complex initiatives and collaborate with other teams across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Support and administer Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
• Assist with the management and optimization of AWS cloud services and networking components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, connectivity, and performance issues across environments.
• Lead infrastructure projects and participate in upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
