Job summary

Viejas Casino & Resort seeks an Infrastructure Administrator III to lead the design, administration, and lifecycle management of on‑premises and cloud‑connected infrastructure. You will oversee servers, virtualization, storage, networking, and core IT services while guiding upgrades, disaster recovery, and security hardening.

You will mentor junior staff, coordinate with security and vendors, and ensure rapid incident response in a high‑availability casino environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of systems administration, network admin, infra operations, or systems engineering.
• Experience with Windows Server, SQL Server, AD, networking, M365/Azure, virtualization, and on‑premises infrastructure.
• Ability to lead infrastructure projects with planning, risk management, testing, rollback, and handoff.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration, engineering, optimization, and lifecycle management of on‑premises and cloud infrastructure.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex incidents across servers, networks, storage, identity, and security controls.
• Lead advanced Microsoft 365/Office 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Own disaster recovery planning, backup strategy, and infrastructure resilience improvements.
