Responsibilities

• Lead administration, engineering, optimization, and lifecycle management of on-premises and cloud-connected infrastructure.
• Establish and enforce infrastructure standards for reliability, security, performance, and continuity.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex incidents across servers, networks, storage, and identity.
• Oversee Microsoft 365 / Office 365 and Azure identity governance, licensing, and security configuration.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage 24/7 operational reliability in casino environments.
• Mentor junior staff and drive major infrastructure projects end-to-end.
