Job summary

NLACRC is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to design, implement, secure, and support our organization's technology environment. You will work with IT staff and external partners to ensure a stable, high-performing infrastructure across on-premises and cloud platforms.

The role emphasizes Windows Server, AD, DNS/DHCP, 365, virtualization, and cloud services with HIPAA-compliant security and disaster recovery focus.

Qualifications

• Experience building, configuring, upgrading, and maintaining enterprise server environments.
• Experience maintaining secure IT environments with regulatory/compliance requirements (HIPAA).
• Experience administering Azure, Entra ID, Intune, and cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain, and support the organization's IT infrastructure including servers, storage, virtualization, networking, and cloud services.
• Monitor performance, availability, and capacity to ensure reliable operations.
• Manage and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft 365 services.
