• 8+ years of experience in supporting, implementing, and troubleshooting enterprise IT infrastructure environments.
• Experience across compute, storage, networking, hosting services, security, and cloud platforms.
• Ability to contribute to infrastructure improvements, maintain operational stability, and support scalable and secure IT services.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise IT infrastructure across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.
• Analyze technical requirements and contribute to stable, scalable infrastructure solutions under guidance of senior architects or leads.
• Ensure infrastructure changes follow organizational standards, operational procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, identify improvement areas, and recommend practical enhancements to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Assist in infrastructure upgrade, migration, and modernization activities based on project plans and technical guidelines.
• Prepare technical documentation, implementation notes, and operational handover details for infrastructure changes.
• Perform capacity planning for compute, storage, network, and cloud resources to support enterprise workloads efficiently.
• Support backup, data retention, high availability (HA), and disaster recovery (DR) activities as per standards and runbooks.
• Participate in DR drills, failover testing, and infrastructure validation activities.
• Support and administer cloud-based infrastructure services on AWS and Microsoft Azure, focusing on availability, security, and cost awareness.
• Work with IaaS, PaaS, and hybrid cloud environments for provisioning, monitoring, and operational support.
• Assist in cloud migration and infrastructure transition activities, including assessment inputs, build support, testing, and post-migration validation.
• Use automation and configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or equivalent technologies for standard operational tasks.
• Implement and follow IT infrastructure security policies and procedures across supported environments.
• Ensure infrastructure operations comply with security, access control, patching, and vulnerability management requirements.
• Coordinate with security teams to address findings, remediate risks, and maintain a secure infrastructure posture.
• Support cost-effective infrastructure operations by identifying right-sizing, utilization, and standardization opportunities.
• Contribute to infrastructure optimization initiatives, including automation, monitoring improvements, and operational process enhancements.
• Provide L3 technical support for complex infrastructure incidents, service requests, problem investigations, and change activities.
• Provide support for Relational, NoSQL, and Big Data platforms including Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL.
