Job summary

VideoRay is seeking an infrastructure engineer to ensure all DBT Infrastructure systems supporting our operations run efficiently. The role focuses on unifying communications, messaging and identity toward a seamless user experience and provides escalation support to the Service Desk following ITIL practices.

You will handle high quality incident resolutions, manage Windows and Linux servers, on-prem AD, DNS, VMware, firewalls, and Azure-based identity solutions, while performing other duties as

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows and Linux server administration.
• Familiarity with ITIL service management and incident handling.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, VMware, and networking fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, responsive and consistent resolutions to IT Incidents.
• Server administration Windows and Linux deployment.
• Managing the Infrastructure incident support queues activities on a day to day operational basis.
• On-premises infrastructure: Active Directory, DNS, VMWare, firewalls, routing.
• Identity and user management solutions provided by Azure or 3rd party.
• Other duties as assigned.
