Hex is expanding its infrastructure team to power a multi-tenant platform and single-tenant environments. As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will own critical projects from start to finish, shaping CI/CD, databases, and security posture.

You will work with AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform to build reliable, scalable systems. We value clear communication, strong design docs, and the ability to translate vague problems into shippable solutions within a fast-paced, high-agency team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and operating production infrastructure
• Strong Kubernetes operations: scheduling, networking, failure modes
• Solid AWS fundamentals: EKS, RDS, VPC, IAM
• Infrastructure as code, ideally Terraform
• Able to read/write enough application code to modify pipelines

Responsabilités

• Own major infra projects from start to finish
• Improve CI/CD pipelines for speed and cost
• Manage stack lifecycles for multi-tenant environments
• Scale Postgres databases and migrations for production workloads
• Improve security posture and isolation
• Develop private connectivity and deployment features for customers
