Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Manager III, Infrastructure Delivery to lead a large-scale program across enterprise infrastructure. You will guide Portfolio, Program, and Project Managers to deliver modernization, cybersecurity, and operational excellence initiatives.

This senior leader will align with OCIO strategies, manage budgets and resources, and collaborate with Engineering, Cybersecurity, Operations, and business stakeholders to drive execution across a broad portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years leading complex technology programs and delivery orgs.
• 5+ years direct leadership managing PMs/Program Managers/Portfolio Managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise Infrastructure Delivery and modernization initiatives.
• Provide leadership for Portfolio, Program, and Project Managers delivering infrastructure projects.
• Establish and maintain portfolio governance, prioritization, and investment planning processes.
• Ensure alignment with OCIO strategies, roadmaps, and business objectives.
• Oversee execution from initiation through implementation and stabilization.
• Promote standard PM practices, tools, and controls; monitor risks, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Develop team capabilities and succession planning; set performance expectations.
• Partner with staffing providers and MSPs to ensure resource quality.
