Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Manager III, Infrastructure Delivery to lead a large-scale delivery organization responsible for planning, governing, and delivering technology infrastructure initiatives across the enterprise.

This role partners with the office of the CIO and requires establishing delivery standards, governance, and financial oversight while guiding a team of Portfolio, Program, and Project Managers toward strategic objectives and modernization efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years leading complex technology programs and delivery.
• 5+ years direct leadership of PM/Portfolio Managers.
• Experience building large-scale infrastructure portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of project, program, and portfolio management.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and resource planning.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise Infrastructure Delivery function and modernization initiatives.
• Provide leadership for a team of PMs and Portfolio Managers.
• Establish portfolio governance, prioritization, and investment planning.
• Ensure alignment with OCIO strategies and technology roadmaps.
• Oversee execution of programs from initiation through stabilization.
• Maintain project management standards, tools, and controls.
• Monitor performance, risks, schedules, budgets, resources.
• Develop and mentor senior delivery leaders.
