Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Manager III, Infrastructure Delivery to lead a large-scale portfolio of technology infrastructure initiatives. You will partner with the CIO office, oversee a team of portfolio, program, and project managers, and drive strategic delivery standards across the enterprise.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and governance skills, with hybrid work options and Salisbury, NC as a core location.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
10+ years leading complex technology programs and delivery organizations.
5+ years direct leadership experience managing PMs/POs/Portfolio Managers.
Experience building large-scale infrastructure portfolios with multiple initiatives.
Strong knowledge of PM/Portfolio management disciplines.
Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and resource planning.

Responsibilities

Lead the enterprise Infrastructure Delivery function and a diverse project portfolio.
Provide leadership for Portfolio, Program, and Project Managers.
Establish portfolio governance, prioritization, and investment planning.
Ensure alignment with OCIO strategies, roadmaps, and business objectives.
Oversee execution from initiation to stabilization of infrastructure programs.
Apply standardized PM methodologies, tools, and controls.
Monitor performance, risks, dependencies, schedules, and budgets.
Develop management team and succession plans.
Foster ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Partner with staffing providers and managed service partners.
