Amazon Web Services, Inc. in Seattle, WA is seeking a Senior Technical Infrastructure Program Manager for Infrastructure Capacity Management - CDR Execution to own end-to-end delivery of network infrastructure at scale, from demand signal to site installation, with high visibility and autonomy.

You will lead across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and deployment, build dashboards and SOPs to make delivery health visible, surface risks early, and drive systemic improvements while partnering

Qualifications

5+ years of program management or technical project management experience.

Responsibilities

Drive delivery performance across network rack demand streams (Bricks, Spines, Loose Gear, Scaling, New DC) from order through site installation.
Own stakeholder communication for delivery status, risks, and blockers - proactively surfacing issues before they become escalations.
Manage cross-functional dependencies across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, construction, and network deployment teams.
Build and maintain mechanisms (dashboards, WBRs, escalation paths, SOPs) that make delivery health visible and actionable.
Identify systemic bottlenecks and drive structural improvements.
Partner with automation and data engineering teams to scale delivery insights through tooling
