Amazon Data Services, Inc. in Seattle is seeking a program manager to own end-to-end delivery of network infrastructure at scale, from demand signal through site landing.
You will partner across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and deployment teams to ensure on-time delivery of critical networking hardware. You will build dashboards and SOPs, surface risks early, and drive improvements in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
You will own the end-to-end delivery of network infrastructure at scale — from customer demand signal through manufacturing, shipping, and site landing — ensuring the world's largest cloud network gets built on time. This is a high-visibility, high-autonomy role where you directly influence whether critical network capacity arrives when customers need it.
You own outcomes, not tasks. CDR operates at the intersection of supply chain, network engineering, and program execution — you'll drive delivery across all of them. You'll lead through ambiguity. When demand shifts, vendors miss, or builds slip, you're the one who finds the path forward.
The CDR Networking team ensures on-time delivery of critical networking hardware — racks, optics, and loose gear — that connects every AWS service to the backbone. We operate at the intersection of supply chain, manufacturing, and network engineering, owning delivery end-to-end from customer order through site landing. Our culture is built on transparency, disciplined execution, and continuous improvement. Our customers are demanding. The timelines are short. The means we challenge the status quo, automate what's possible, and focus our people on the problems that actually require their expertise. Our mission: rack delivery never impacts a customer commitment date.
