You will own the end-to-end delivery of network infrastructure at scale — from customer demand signal through manufacturing, shipping, and site landing — ensuring the world's largest cloud network gets built on time. This is a high-visibility, high-autonomy role where you directly influence whether critical network capacity arrives when customers need it.

You own outcomes, not tasks. CDR operates at the intersection of supply chain, network engineering, and program execution — you'll drive delivery across all of them.

You’ll lead through ambiguity. When demand shifts, vendors miss, or builds slip, you're the one who finds the path forward.

What you’ll do:

• Drive delivery performance across network rack demand streams (Bricks, Spines, Loose Gear, Scaling, New DC) from order through site installation
• Own stakeholder communication for delivery status, risks, and blockers — proactively surfacing issues before they become escalations.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, construction, and network deployment teams.
• Build and maintain mechanisms (dashboards, WBRs, escalation paths, SOPs) that make delivery health visible and actionable.
• Identify systemic bottlenecks and drive structural improvements.
• Partner with automation and data engineering teams to scale delivery insights through tooling

What you’ll bring:

• Track record of program-managing complex, multi-stakeholder hardware or infrastructure delivery at scale.
• Ability to synthesize across data sources and present the "so what" — not just the status.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity with incomplete information and competing priorities.
• Strong written communication: you produce artifacts that drive decisions without requiring follow-up questions.

About the team

The CDR Networking team ensures on-time delivery of critical networking hardware — racks, optics, and loose gear — that connects every AWS service to the backbone. We operate at the intersection of supply chain, manufacturing, and network engineering, owning delivery end-to-end from customer order through site landing. The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
