Job summary

Amazon in Seattle, WA is seeking a Senior Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of network infrastructure at scale, from customer demand to site landing. You will lead cross-functional programs across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and deployment, driving on-time delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

5+ years of program management or technical project management experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technology field.

Responsibilities

Drive delivery performance across network rack demand streams from order through site installation.
Own stakeholder communication for delivery status, risks, and blockers.
Manage cross-functional dependencies across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, construction, and network deployment teams.
Build and maintain mechanisms (dashboards, WBRs, escalation paths, SOPs) that make delivery health visible and actionable.
Identify systemic bottlenecks and drive structural improvements.
Partner with automation and data engineering teams to scale delivery insights through tooling.
