Job summary

S&P Global Ratings in the United States is seeking anexperienced credit analyst to lead end-to-end analysis of structured finance credits, synthesize performance signals, and deliver decision-ready insights for rating committees.

You will embed generative AI tools within workflows, maintain governance, coach junior analysts, and engage external stakeholders to present clear narratives for clients.

Qualifications

• Direct experience analyzing securitized products, fund structures, or related structured finance instruments.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality analytical work across multiple credits with limited oversight.
• Proficiency in analytical and spreadsheet tools, with a willingness to develop skills in data and automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end credit analysis and surveillance for assigned structured finance credits.
• Synthesize portfolio performance, market signals, and peer context into decision-ready insights.
• Embed and validate generative AI and large language model tools within analytical workflows.
• Engage with external stakeholders, translating data into concise narratives for clients and rating committees.
• Apply methodology and governance requirements, escalating issues with clear recommendations.
• Contribute to automation workflow design and testing with clear judgment on human oversight.
