Qualifications

• 5+ years of job-related experience in infrastructure and platforms.
• Strong experience with databases and containerized deployments on Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Experience operating in cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP) and with IaC (Terraform).
• Proficiency in Python for API-driven applications and AI-informed tooling.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps for containerized apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in defect, incident, problem, and change review meetings and release activities.
• Manage stability, resiliency, reliability, and performance of diverse systems.
• Mentor staff and assist with onboarding and interviews.
• Ensure alerts, monitoring, dashboards, and processes exist for new projects.
• Perform access reviews and compliance activities; oversee administrative processes.
• Design, deploy and maintain databases on containers on Kubernetes/OpenShift.
