Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Senior CI/CD DevOps Lead to provide technical direction for enterprise-grade software delivery in the Credit space. You will oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of complex applications across On-Prem and Cloud environments (Salesforce/AWS), driving DevSecOps practices and strong quality standards.

You will guide a team, partner with Product Owner for healthy backlogs, and ensure delivery with minimal technical debt, using industry standards and tooling

Qualifications

• 10+ yrs DevOps/DevSecOps/Release Engineering
• Jenkins, XLR, Merlin, Ansible automation
• Multibranch pipelines, shared libraries, reusable templates
• GitFlow, Trunk-Based Development, PR governance
• Pipeline observability, DORA metrics, artifact signing

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops and is accountable for feature delivery
• Applies enterprise standards for solution design, coding and quality
• Ensures solution meets product acceptance criteria with minimal technical debt
• Guides the team on work breakdown and execution
• Works with the Product Owner to ensure product backlog/requirements are healthy with clear acceptance criteria
• Plays a team lead role and mentors the team
• Guides team members with skills and practices (planning and estimation, peer reviews, and other engineering practices)
