Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in data center environment.
• Knowledge of data center facility operations and IT environments.
• Understanding of Data Center Design and Operations.
• Basic understanding of server operations and requirements.
• Basic understanding of IT equipment electrical requirements.
• Proven communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Fulfils requests from business users; monitors stability, resiliency, reliability, and performance of multiple systems.
• Mentors team members and provides technical leadership.
• Translates business requirements into infrastructure designs and collaborates with stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Supports change implementations and provisioning/deprovisioning for infrastructure and applications.
• Provides consulting to CTI and partners; escalates incidents to resolve quickly.
• Provides release support and manages engagement across audiences.
• Manages full lifecycle of infrastructure and application environments.
• Plans data hall allocation including power and cooling needs.
• Documents power and space schematics; maintains accuracy.
• Coordinates with vendors and internal project teams for hardware installation.
• Monitors issues and escalates appropriately for resolution.
• Acts as seasoned technical resource within the team.
