Qualifications

• 8-12+ years in infrastructure architecture for large enterprises in a consulting setting.
• Experience leading infrastructure modernization and cloud migrations.
• Federal/regulatory environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure assessment and baseline analysis including topology and capacity.
• Design modernized architectures (cloud-native, hybrid, or optimized on-premises).
• Assess cloud readiness and develop phased migration strategy.
• Develop IaC roadmaps to reduce manual toil and speed deployments.
• Evaluate dependencies between modernization, refactoring, and digital initiatives.
• Integrate findings into A&M engagement scope and deliverables.
• Support practice development through training and content creation.
• Travel up to 80% for engagements.
