The role emphasizes AI-enabled analytics, security modernization, and cross-functional collaboration with programs spanning regulatory contexts. Travel up to 80% is expected for client delivery.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of professional experience in infrastructure architecture for complex, large enterprises, with consulting or advisory delivery.
• Bachelor's degree required; cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator), infrastructure certifications (CISSP, ITIL Master), or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Comfortable with travel up to 80%.
• Full-time, contract, and project-based engagements available.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure assessment and baseline analysis—topology mapping, capacity utilization, performance bottleneck identification, and cost modeling.
• Design modernized target infrastructure architectures (cloud-native, hybrid, or optimized on-premises) aligned to business requirements and cloud migration roadmaps.
• Assess cloud readiness, identify gaps in skills/tooling/governance, and develop phased migration strategy with sequencing logic.
• Develop infrastructure automation and IaC implementation roadmaps to reduce manual toil and improve deployment velocity.
• Evaluate dependencies between infrastructure modernization, application refactoring, and broader digital transformation initiatives.
• Define and integrate infrastructure findings into A&M's broader engagement scope and deliverables.
• Support practice development through internal training, content creation, and people development.
