Job summary

IMIA, LLC is seeking an Infrastructure & Application Support Engineer IV to provide expert support for infrastructure, applications, cloud, and identity services across locations. You will lead complex troubleshooting, coordinate major incidents, and mentor junior engineers while enhancing security and reliability.

The role requires strong GCCH cloud experience, and collaboration with IT leadership and vendors.

Qualifications

• Senior-level role providing expert infrastructure and application support across secure cloud environments.
• Experience with GCCH clouds, identity and access management, and endpoint administration.
• Ability to coordinate complex escalations and mentor junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Provide infrastructure, application, endpoint, and systems support across locations.
• Lead complex troubleshooting, service restoration, and root-cause analysis.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to standards and roadmaps.
• Support cloud-hosted systems in AWS GovCloud and Azure GCCH with security controls.
