Job summary
International Marine and Industrial Applicators, LLC is seeking an Infrastructure & Application Support Engineer IV to provide expert infrastructure, application, cloud, endpoint, identity, and systems support across locations. You will handle escalations, root-cause analyses, and drive service reliability while coordinating with IT leadership and vendors.
The role requires senior-level expertise with MS 365 GCCH, AWS GovCloud, and Azure GCCH, plus strong scripting/IaC skills.
Qualifications
- Senior-level infrastructure and application support across MS 365 GCCH, AWS GovCloud, Azure GCCH environments.
- Experience with endpoint management, identity services, and cloud-hosted infrastructure.
- Ability to coordinate complex escalations and mentor junior engineers.
Responsibilities
- Provide infrastructure, application, endpoint, identity, and systems support for assigned platforms and locations.
- Serve as escalation resource for service desk, end users, and vendors.
- Lead complex troubleshooting, incident resolution, and root-cause analyses.
- Support cloud-hosted infrastructure in AWS GovCloud and Azure GCCH, with security and compliance focus.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
