Job summary

IMIA, LLC is seeking an Infrastructure & Application Support Engineer IV to provide expert infrastructure, application, cloud, endpoint, identity, and systems support across company locations, operating companies, users, vendors, MSPs, MSSPs, and secure cloud environments. The role leads complex troubleshooting, service restoration, root cause analysis, and coordination of high-impact incidents.

Reporting to the Director, IT, this senior position mentors junior engineers, drives documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in information technology or related field.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365 GCCH, AWS GovCloud, Azure GCCH, secure cloud environments.
• Experience with change/release processes and IT security controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide infrastructure, application, endpoint, identity, and systems support for assigned platforms.
• Serve as technical escalation resource for service desk personnel, end users, business stakeholders, vendors, MSPs, MSSPs.
• Maintain documentation and support cloud-hosted systems across AWS GovCloud and Azure GCCH.
