Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• 10+ years of project management experience on infrastructure construction projects.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and customer focus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Experience with Phoenix scheduling and BlueBeam mark-up; familiarity with Viewpoint ERP and Heavy bid software.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of 1-2 project managers.
• Own and deliver infrastructure projects from planning through execution.
• Develop detailed CPM schedules and track progress, cost, and labor.
• Bid management, client communication, and coordination with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule, and client satisfaction on all projects.
