• Knowledge of planning, procurement, scheduling, cost estimating, and reporting.
• Field experience with various project types and client types.

Responsibilities

• Review and improve construction management processes and internal controls.
• Lead construction contract reviews, audits, and project oversight for large capital programs.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and reporting.
• Conduct project reviews on percent completion, change orders, and estimates.
• Collaborate with teams to collect data, analyze findings, and create presentations.
