Qualifications

• Minimum three years of field construction management or advisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Certifications in PE, PMP, CCM, CPA, or related fields are a plus.
• Knowledge of planning, WBS, procurement, scheduling, cost estimating, and reporting.
• Experience with project management systems and analysis tools.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel; U.S. work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and recommend improvements to construction management processes and internal controls
• Lead construction contract reviews, compliance audits, project oversight and monitoring on large capital projects
• Define and implement recommendations including policies, procedures, roles, reporting, and IT support
• Conduct project reviews to evaluate completion, change orders, estimates, schedule delays, and productivity
• Collaborate with engagement teams to collect data, prepare reports, review datasets, and develop presentations
• Work independently under guidance and participate in mentoring to strengthen industry knowledge
• Act with integrity and professionalism to uphold a respectful work environment
