Job summary

This remote position involves extensive collaboration with global teams to define and ensure the success of Grafana’s monitoring solutions. You will lead product initiatives, conduct user research, and shape market strategies while focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction and integration within the Grafana ecosystem.

The ideal candidate has significant experience in B2B SaaS, strong communication skills, and a passion for managing technical products in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management.
• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS products.
• Ability to discuss APIs, data models, and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop product vision and strategy for Infrastructure Observability.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design teams.
• Conduct heavy customer discovery to understand user needs.
