Job summary

Grafana Labs seeks an Observability Architect to lead technical ownership for key customers. You will blend systems thinking, architecture design and customer impact to drive strategic outcomes while staying hands-on.

You’ll design and guide complex observability implementations, nurture strategic relationships with engineers and SREs, and ensure Grafana technology is deeply embedded in mission-critical systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, math or a related field.
• 5+ years in tech support, TAM, consulting or similar roles.
• Experience deploying and operating Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of observability; Grafana/Prometheus/Loki a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for a portfolio of Grafana customers.
• Design the observability maturity journey for customers and guide them along it.
• Provide expert troubleshooting and guidance to drive adoption.
• Lead technical reviews and health checks to ensure client success and ROI.
• Advise clients on best practices and collaborate on technical roadmaps.
