Job summary

Grafana Labs, the company behind the open observability cloud, seeks an Observability Architect to own long-term customer success and architect complex observability solutions across modern infrastructure. You will ensure Grafana technology is embedded into mission-critical systems and collaborate with Engineers, SREs, and Product teams.

You will lead technical discovery with Engagement Managers, guide architecture, onboarding, and enablement, and drive measurable outcomes while shaping product

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience deploying and operating Kubernetes.
• 5+ years in technical support, TAM, consulting, SE or Professional Services in tech.
• Strong understanding of observability solutions (Grafana/Prometheus/Loki a plus).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for Grafana customers.
• Design the observability maturity journey for customers.
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and guidance to drive adoption.
• Lead technical reviews and health checks to ensure client success.
