Job summary

Ivo Inc. is looking for an experienced Infrastructure/DevOps engineer to scale our Kubernetes-based platform across multiple regions and clouds. You will own cluster architecture, automation, and security, ensuring reliable, scalable uptime for a fast-growing contract intelligence workspace.

You’ll work closely with the engineering team to build tools, improve observability, and drive incident response practices while shaping the future of our infra.

Qualifications

• You’ve actually lived in Kubernetes, not just deployed to it.
• IaC and CI/CD are second nature — Pulumi or Terraform, Docker, GitHub Actions, across multi-cluster setups.

Responsibilities

• Run multi-cluster, multi-region deployments across AWS/GCP/Azure with failover and disaster recovery.
• Build internal tooling for infra provisioning and CI/CD pipelines.
• Design strategies to isolate workloads (ML vs API) for cost, performance, and reliability.
• Make security invisible through RBAC, secrets management, data residency, audit trails.
• Set SLOs that are real, enforceable, and non-spammable.
• Own the pipes — CI/CD via GitHub Actions and infra as code with Pulumi/Terraform.
• Keep Docker environments sane across dev, staging, and prod.
• Debug end-to-end across APIs, workers, and frontends.
• Automate repetitive tasks to speed up builds and reduce toil.
• Own uptime with observability and proactive incident response.
