Job summary

Ivo is building a next-generation contract intelligence platform in San Francisco. We hire Infra/DevOps engineers who own multi-cluster deployments, observability, and secure, scalable infrastructure that underpins our AI-driven contract tools. You will work closely with the engineering team to push our platform forward.

We value hands-on operators who translate security and compliance requirements into real constraints, and who can automate repetitive tasks to speed delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps/infra across multi-cluster environments.
• Strong background in Kubernetes, cloud infra, and incident response.
• Experience with IaC, CI/CD tooling, and automation at scale.

Responsibilities

• Run Kubernetes across multi-cluster, multi-region deployments with failover and DR.
• Build internal tooling for spinning up and managing clusters.
• Design workloads isolation for ML vs API traffic balancing cost and reliability.
• Make security invisible with RBAC, secrets, data residency and audit trails.
• Define real, enforceable SLOs and own uptime metrics and incident responses.
• Own CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and infra-as-code with Pulumi/Terraform.
• Maintain sane Docker environments across dev, staging, prod.
• Troubleshoot end-to-end across APIs, workers, and frontend builds.
