Job summary

Ivo invites Infrastructure/DevOps engineers to join the team in building a high‑performing, secure, distributed contract intelligence platform. You will own multi-region Kubernetes, scalable IaC tooling, and robust CI/CD pipelines across AWS/GCP/Azure while keeping security and observability at the forefront.

You’ll collaborate deeply with the engineering group, drive incident responses, and push for reliable, automated environments that accelerate product delivery. Relocation to SF is supported.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating Kubernetes clusters at scale in multi-region setups.
• Strong IaC skills with Pulumi or Terraform for repeatable infra.)
• Hands-on Docker and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Experience with observability, incident response, and uptime culture.

Responsibilities

• Run Kubernetes across multiple clusters and regions with failover.
• Build and maintain internal tooling to automate infra provisioning.
• Design workload isolation strategies balancing cost and performance.
• Make security invisible through RBAC, identity, and data residency.
• Set realistic SLOs and ensure teams meet them.
• Own CI/CD pipelines and IaC tooling end-to-end.
• Maintain Docker environments across dev, staging, and prod.
• Debug end-to-end across APIs, workers, and frontend builds.
• Improve build times and reduce manual toil through automation.
• Own uptime with proactive observability and postmortems.
