Job summary

DSN-IT is seeking a hands-on Infrastructure Engineer in Las Vegas, NV, to work across cloud, virtualization, networking, security, and automation in a software-development environment. This role requires ownership of the environment and cross-layer troubleshooting, rather than narrow admin tasks.

Responsibilities include Azure/Microsoft 365 administration, VMware ESXi, AD/DNS/DHCP/GPO, scripting with PowerShell, and Linux/Windows server management.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Azure and Microsoft 365 experience.
• VMware vSphere/ESXi expertise.
• Strong Windows infrastructure background.
• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• PowerShell automation and scripting.
• Windows and Linux server administration.
• Ability to troubleshoot across servers, networking, virtualization, and security.

Responsibilities

• Manage Azure and Microsoft 365 environments for reliability and security.
• Administer VMware vSphere/ESXi hosts and virtual networks.
• Maintain AD, DNS, DHCP, and GPO configurations across the estate.
• Ensure security, monitoring, and backup across the infra stack.
• Develop PowerShell automation for routine ops tasks.
• Support Windows and Linux servers in production and dev/test environments.
• Collaborate with Dev/Test teams to meet infra requirements.
• Implement monitoring, disaster recovery, and incident response.
