Job summary

DSN-IT is seeking an hands-on IT Engineer in Las Vegas to join our on-site infrastructure team. You’ll bridge cloud services, virtualization, networking, security, and automation to support a high-performance software development environment.

Ideal candidates will own end-to-end infrastructure decisions, explain the why behind designs, and partner with developers to ensure reliability and security across platforms.

Qualifications

• Azure and VMware administration experience is required.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Networking fundamentals including VLANs, routing, and firewalls are essential.
• PowerShell scripting and automation experience is a must.

This is not a traditional systems administration role.

My client is looking for a hands-on Infrastructure Engineer who understands how cloud services, virtualization, networking, security, and automation work together to support a high-performance software development environment.

The strongest candidates don't simply administer systems. They understand why systems are designed a certain way, how technical decisions impact reliability and security, and how infrastructure choices support the business.
