Job summary

Software Placement Group is seeking a hands-on Infrastructure Engineer in Las Vegas to support high-performance engineering. You will own Azure/M365, VMware vSphere, AD/DNS/DHCP, and security across on-site systems for reliability and compliance.

The role emphasizes automation with PowerShell, cross-team collaboration, and building resilient backup and disaster recovery. A strong mix of Windows and Linux server administration completes the profile.

A software development organization is seeking a hands-on Infrastructure Engineer to support a high-performance engineering environment. This is not a traditional systems administration role: the ideal candidate understands how cloud services, virtualization, networking, security, and automation work together, and can explain not just what infrastructure decisions do, but why they're made and how they impact reliability, security, and the business.

What you'll do
