Fluxx is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to own and scale our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. You will work across orchestration, monitoring, security, and cost management to deliver reliable services for our grants management platform.

You will lead Terraform on AWS, Kubernetes in production, and GitOps deployments with ArgoCD, while driving resilience and performance improvements. This is a full-time, remote role located in the United States.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of professional software development and infrastructure operations.
• Deep experience managing Kubernetes in production and creating manifest templates.
• Significant experience with Terraform to deploy production infrastructure on AWS.

Responsabilidades

• Automate infrastructure and operations with infrastructure as code and standard tooling.
• Own CI/CD pipelines, image builds, and GitOps deployments with ArgoCD.
• Keep OS, Kubernetes, and managed-service upgrades up to date.
• Build monitoring and alerting to catch problems before customers.
• Work with security to protect systems and support SOC 2 compliance and remediation.
• Build self-serve tools for Engineering to reduce bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure services are reliable, secure, and scalable.
• Participate in on-call rotation for production systems.
