Job summary

Meta’s Infrastructure team seeks a Senior Strategy & Ops Manager to partner with the SPACE org on capacity ecosystems, translating strategic direction into executable plans across compute, storage, networking, and data center footprint at global scale.

You will lead critical initiatives, influence resource allocation, and drive operational excellence with stakeholders at SVP/VP levels, ensuring decisions are well-informed and outcomes measurable.

Qualifications

• Shaped strategy at organizational level and delivered complex initiatives.
• Trusted strategic advisor to VP-level executives with influence across senior leadership.
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into structured frameworks and actionable plans.
• Experience leading large cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations.
• Bachelor's degree in economics, business, or quantitative discipline (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal strategic partner to infra leadership on capacity strategy and governance.
• Develop original frameworks linking compute, storage, network, AI accelerators and supply chain.
• Represent Capacity Ecosystems in leadership forums guiding resource allocation and investments.
• Own and deliver 2–3 high-complexity initiatives end-to-end with clear milestones.
• Lead programs across industry partnerships, finance operations, and people ops with accountable workstreams.
• Act as direct executor on ambiguous problems, collaborating with external partners as needed.
• Track progress, surface risks, resolve blockers, and ensure initiatives land.
• Design cadence and governance for strategy execution across a complex organization.
• Run high-priority meetings end-to-end and establish performance metrics (OKRs, KPIs).
• Identify systemic challenges and implement solutions to improve decision-making quality.
