Job summary

Meta's Infrastructure team is hiring a Senior Strategy & Ops Manager for the SPACE organization to shape capacity strategy and drive end-to-end execution at scale. You will partner with senior leadership to define trade-offs and lead critical initiatives across compute, storage, network, AI accelerators, and data centers.

You will develop original frameworks, influence resource allocation, and own high-complexity programs end-to-end, including external partnerships and financial operations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in strategy, operations, or management consulting within technology/infrastructure.
• Shaping strategy at org level and driving complex initiatives to delivery.
• Trusted strategic advisor to VP-level executives with influence across senior leadership.
• Analytical and problem-structuring skills to create clarity from ambiguity.
• Executive-level communication for SVP/VP audiences.
• Experience leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives from concept to delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in economics, business, or quantitative discipline.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary strategic thought partner to the Director of Capacity Ecosystems and infra leadership on capacity strategy and trade-offs.
• Develop frameworks linking compute, storage, network, AI accelerators, data centers, and supply chain into a cohesive model.
• Represent Capacity Ecosystems in leadership forums influencing allocation and investments.
• Own and drive 2–3 of the team’s highest-complexity initiatives end-to-end with measurable outcomes.
• Lead programs across partnerships, financial operations, and people operations, translating strategy into concrete workstreams.
• Step in as direct executor on ambiguous problems, building from zero to one with an operating model.
• Maintain rigorous follow-through: track progress, surface risks, and resolve blockers.
• Design cadence, decision rights, information flows, and governance for strategy execution across a matrixed org.
• Run high-priority meetings end-to-end.
• Develop OKRs, KPIs, and business review frameworks for the broader team.
• Identify systemic challenges and implement solutions that improve capacity decision-making across Infrastructure.
• Develop content for Meta's senior leaders — executive briefs and board-level materials.
