Meta is seeking a Senior Strategy & Ops Manager for the Infra Capacity Ecosystems (SPACE) organization in Bellevue, WA. You will partner with senior leaders to shape capacity strategy, connect compute, storage, AI accelerators, and supply chain decisions, and own end‑to‑end strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in strategy or operations within tech/infrastructure.
• Proven ability to shape strategy and drive delivery beyond advisory.
• Experience influencing VP-level executives without formal authority.
• Strong analytical and problem-structuring skills.
• Executive communication for SVP/VP audiences.
• Experience leading large cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Director of Capacity Ecosystems and infra leadership on capacity strategy.
• Develop frameworks linking compute, storage, network, AI accelerators, data center footprint and supply chain.
• Represent Capacity Ecosystems in leadership forums for resource allocation decisions.
• Own 2–3 high‑complexity initiatives end-to-end with measurable outcomes.
• Lead programs across industry partnerships, financial operations, and people operations.
• Serve as executor on ambiguous problems from framing to hand-off with operating model.
• Maintain progress tracking, risk surface, blockers resolution, and implementation.
• Design cadence, governance, and information flows enabling strategy execution.
• Run high‑priority meetings end‑to‑end and refine OKR/KPI architectures.
• Identify systemic capacity decision barriers and implement solutions.
• Create content for executive briefings and board-level strategic communications.
