Meta is seeking a Strategy & Operations Lead for the Capacity Ecosystems group. This role drives strategic planning, analytical rigor, and large-scale program execution across AI, data centers, and compute ecosystems.

You will establish frameworks, operate with autonomy, and influence outcomes across the organization. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in strategy/ops, proven cross-functional program leadership, and strong data-driven decision skills for capacity planning and infrastructure

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategy and operations or program management within large-scale technology or infrastructure.
• Proven track record leading complex cross-functional programs from scoping to delivery.
• Experience building quantitative models, scenario analyses, and data-driven decision frameworks.
• Experience communicating strategic recommendations and program status to executive audiences.
• Ability to drive accountability and alignment across teams without direct reporting authority.

Responsibilities

• Define analytical frameworks and decision models informing capacity ecosystem strategy.
• Lead strategic roadmap development by synthesizing inputs from partners into a prioritized plan.
• Drive complex cross-functional programs end-to-end with milestones and dependencies.
• Identify gaps in capacity planning processes and lead implementation across organizations.
• Own cadence design for business reviews, planning cycles, and progress tracking.
• Prepare executive briefings and strategic recommendations reflecting priorities and risks.
• Partner with directors and leaders to test strategies and surface course corrections.
• Scale internal knowledge-sharing to align cross-functional partner organizations.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on AI compute scaling and data center economics to shape long-term strategy.
