Meta's Infrastructure organization is seeking a Strategy & Operations Lead to join the Capacity Ecosystems team. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategy and operations within large-scale technology or infrastructure organizations.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with senior stakeholders.
• Experience building quantitative models and data-driven decision frameworks for capacity planning or similar domains.
• Experience communicating strategic recommendations to executive audiences via presentations and briefings.
• Ability to drive accountability across teams without direct reporting authority.

Responsibilities

• Define and support analytical frameworks and decision models for capacity ecosystem strategy.
• Lead development of the team's strategic roadmap by synthesizing inputs from multiple partners.
• Drive complex cross-functional programs end-to-end from scoping to delivery milestones.
• Identify gaps in capacity planning processes and lead implementation across partners.
• Own design and improvement of team operating cadences with leadership visibility.
• Prepare executive briefings and strategic recommendations reflecting priorities and risks.
• Partner with senior leaders to test strategies and propose course corrections based on data.
• Build knowledge-sharing and communication mechanisms across cross-functional teams.
• Conduct in-depth analyses on AI compute scaling and data center bottlenecks to shape long-term strategy.
