Job summary

HP, Inc. is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Architect to own the architecture, implementation, and operational ownership of enterprise observability, monitoring, and automation platforms across its global IT environment.

You will bridge infrastructure, cybersecurity, and governance teams, lead platform migrations, and define standards for alerting, dashboards, and ITSM integrations, while ensuring security and compliance across 5,000+ servers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in enterprise infrastructure architecture, monitoring/observability, or platform engineering.
• Proven experience with governance, SOX compliance, ITGC controls, and audit processes.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise monitoring and logging platforms (Datadog, Splunk) including governance and roadmaps.
• Lead platform migrations, architecture design, and data ingestion models across large environments.
• Define standards for alerting, dashboards, and ITSM integrations (ServiceNow).
• Oversee security reviews, RBAC/SSO integration, and secrets management.
