Responsibilities
- Designs, builds, configures, and troubleshoots integrations between the operations console and third-party platforms using APIs and event pipelines.
- Defines integration roadmap and ensures design decisions follow research and industry best practices.
- Provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff to elevate software architecture quality.
- Integrates ITSM/CMDB/ SecOps workflows to correlate events, incidents, and assets.
