Catalyst Acoustics Group is seeking an Information Security Manager to own the security program and perform hands-on operations. You will set the roadmap, governance, and reporting, while personally handling incidents, tuning tooling, and managing the queue.

This role is a single-owner function with a co-managed SOC partner for scale. The position reports to the VP of Technology, with cross-functional collaboration across IT, HR, Operations, and the brands.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in information security with hands-on operations and leadership.
• Experience with incident response and EDR tooling.
• Strong depth in Microsoft 365 / Entra security (Azure AD).
• Experience managing email security platforms (Mimecast/Proofpoint).
• Vulnerability management and remediation experience.
• Ability to set policy/governance and report to executives.
• US work authorization; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive the information-security roadmap and priorities across brands/sites.
• Develop and maintain security policy, standards, and governance; drive baseline changes.
• Manage risk and compliance programs, including risk registers and audits.
• Oversee security awareness programs (KnowBe4) and phishing simulations.
• Manage security vendors and the Paragus co-managed SOC relationship.
• Lead incident response, triage, containment, and post-incident reviews.
• Coordinate vulnerability scans, patching, and remediation.
• Contribute security perspective to ERP consolidation and major projects.
