iSeatz seeks an Incident Response Program Lead to build and operate our security incident response program. You will coordinate responses to security incidents, oversee MSSP governance, and strengthen security operations across technical and business teams.

This role is remote within the continental United States, reports to the Information Security Manager, and requires 5+ years in information security with incident response experience.

Formación

• Five or more years in information security and incident response.
• Experience leading security incidents across technical and business teams.
• Experience with incident response plans and playbooks.
• Experience working with MSSP or MDR providers.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate responses to security incidents and governance.
• Oversee MSSP onboarding, service integration, and SLAs.
• Lead incident response tabletop exercises.
• Drive incident trend reporting and metrics.
• Support risk assessments and audit prep.
• Advise leadership on security risks and remediation.
• Participate in on-call rotations.
